<Responsibilities>
- Supervise and evaluate Montessori teachers and support staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the community
- Provide professional development for staff
- Plan and implement special events and programs for families and the community
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the growth and sustainability of the Montessori program
- Oversee curriculum development in alignment with Montessori principles and accreditation requirements
- Foster strong relationships with families through transparent communication and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety regulations, and educational policies
- Coordinate staff recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives to build a motivated team committed to excellence
<Qualifications>
- Certification in Montessori Education
- Experience in education leadership
- Previous experience as a Montessori teacher
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with state and federal education regulations
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Proven experience in education administration within a Montessori school
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, parents, and community stakeholders
- Ability to navigate compliance requirements and maintain accreditation standards
Pay: $51,091.70 - $56,376.00 per year
