Performance Initiatives is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver to support students during tutorial periods and assist with transportation for program activities.
This individual will provide safe transportation for students while helping maintain a structured and positive environment aligned with the mission of Performance Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Support (Van Driver)
- Safely transport students using the Performance Initiatives van when needed
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after use
- Ensure students follow safety guidelines while riding in the vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with youth, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and punctual
Employment Requirements
- Pre-employment drug testing is required prior to hiring
- Random drug testing may be conducted during employment
- Must maintain a safe and professional environment for all students
- Must comply with all organizational policies and safety standards
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
