Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable sales associates to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our business, providing expert guidance on our hemp derived cannabis products while creating a welcoming envoirment for all.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain product information
- Sales expierance preffered but not required
- Reliable and professional demenaor
- Passion for wellness and interest in the hemp industry
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product selection
- Learn and stay updated on hemp-derived cannabis and it's benefits
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our hemp products, including the terpenes and the various product forms
- Greet customers professionally and courteously
- Monitor inventory and keep shelves stocked
- Educate customers about any current promotions
- Process customer transaction accurately and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanlines and it's facilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
