This contract opportunity is for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver essential evaluations and collaborate closely with school staff to support student success.
Your schedule will be full-time, onsite, working 37.5 hours per week during the 2026–2027 school year. Serving a caseload of approximately 50–70 students, your primary responsibility will be conducting speech and language evaluations and partnering with another SLP focused on nonverbal life skills students. Together, you’ll help students develop communication abilities vital for both classroom and life skills achievement.
Qualifications:
- Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, developing tailored treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with other SLPs and school staff to address the unique needs of nonverbal and life skills students
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress records for all students in your caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based discussions to inform service plans
