Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and customers warmly, providing detailed information about exhibits or products to enhance their experience
- Lead engaging guided tours through tunnels or attraction areas, ensuring safety and delivering educational content with enthusiasm
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Support the management team in daily store or attraction operations, including inventory checks and merchandising
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences using strong public speaking skills and multilingual abilities to cater to international visitors
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tours or customer interactions are conducted smoothly and punctually
- Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating leadership qualities and encouraging teamwork among staff members
Skills
- Candidates MUST have previous experience working at an express car wash. This poison is intended for individuals who understand the , workflow, customer service, daily express car wash.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to connect with a diverse range of visitors and customers (Spanish is a plus)
- Effective time management to balance multiple responsibilities seamlessly

- Teaching aptitude to educate visitors about exhibits or products in an accessible manner
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience working in express car wash.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working out there and all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work weekends and holiday as needed.
