Our clients include some of Napa Valley’s oldest wineries, prestigious North Coast estates, elite farming operations, and high-net-worth individuals.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to join our growing team. If you love numbers, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients, supported by an Accounting Associate. You’ll work closely with your clients’ management teams, ownership, and CPAs to keep everything running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor relations.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and cash flow analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Manage payroll and compliance reporting
- Preparing and filing sales tax returns
- Continuously improving processes and finding efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong accounting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Accomplished in QuickBooks and Excel
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with great time management
- Relevant accounting experience (bonus points for experience in multiple industries!)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
