Splashly is looking for an exceptional President / Operator to help build an AI software company from an early-stage business into an industry-leading company.
This is not a traditional executive position.
We're looking for a true operating partner—someone who has already helped scale a high-growth SaaS company and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Responsibilities
As President / COO, you'll serve as the operational leader of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day operations
- Building scalable systems and processes
- Meeting with early adopters
- Hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Driving execution across the organization
- Establishing operational accountability
- Helping shape product and business strategy
- Working directly with the founder to execute the long-term vision
- Building the operational foundation required to scale to a major exit
Required Qualifications
We're specifically looking for someone who has:
- Played a significant leadership role in scaling a SaaS company from an early stage to a $50M+ valuation (preferred $100M+)
- Experience building teams, systems, and operational infrastructure
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- A track record of creating accountability and operational excellence
- Exceptional communication skills
- High integrity and strong personal values
Experience as a Founder, President, COO, Head of Operations, VP of Operations, VP of Marketing or similar executive leadership role is highly valued.

Compensation Structure
This is a long-term ownership opportunity designed for someone who wants to build significant value.
Compensation includes:
- Equity (based on experience and fit)
- Profit priority until reaching agreed upon salary, then profit sharing
- No salary until the company reaches profitability
