The Dunkin Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all company policies and procedures.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years of age
