Qualifications:
CNA Instructor
- Current Ohio RN License in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Train-the-Trainer certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
LPN Instructor
- Current Ohio LPN License in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Update and deliver engaging curriculum in adult education and learning technology.
- Facilitate classroom instruction using innovative teaching tools lplatform
- Supervise student clinical rotations in healthcare settings.
- Assess student performance through documentation review, skills demonstrations, and written examinations; provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards by reviewing documentation, tracking student progress, and ensuring adherence to curriculum requirements.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license with current registration; prior experience as a CNA or in a similar nursing role is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated supervising experience in clinical or educational settings; experience working with students is essential
- Strong background in curriculum development and adult education
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate learners and foster a positive classroom environment; supervisory skills are desirable.
