Manual Machinist - 3rd Shift
Location: Painesville, OH #2931ST
Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience) + $2.00/hour shift differential

Painesville is seeking an experienced
Manual Machinist for their 3rd shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to join a stable manufacturing company with competitive pay and long-term potential.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other manual machining equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

Machine parts to precise tolerances and quality standards.

Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

Perform machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.

Deburr and finish machined components.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of manual machining experience.

Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills.

Experience using precision measuring instruments.

Knowledge of machining tolerances and quality standards.

Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of metal materials.
