The Opportunity
We're hiring a driven Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing accounts across our tri-state service area. Unlike the commission-only roles you'll see elsewhere, we pair a strong base salary with an aggressive commission structure— so you get real stability and a real ceiling. You'll sell HVAC service agreements, equipment replacements, and project work to building owners, property managers, and facility directors, owning your pipeline from first call to signed contract with full support behind every quote.
What You'll Do
- Generate and pursue new commercial HVAC leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, and facility decision-makers
- Conduct site walkthroughs and scope service agreements, equipment, and project opportunities
- Prepare proposals and close deals with support from our estimating and service teams
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep your CRM and pipeline current and accurate
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience; commercial HVAC, mechanical, or construction services strongly preferred
- A proven closer who's comfortable cold-calling, walking sites, and running the full sales cycle
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service agreements (or the aptitude to learn fast)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Local knowledge of the South Jersey / Philadelphia metro market is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
