Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatment procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Gather and document patient information including medical history, vital signs, and current symptoms.
- Support patient intake processes by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and managing patient flow efficiently.
- Prepare treatment rooms by setting up necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed.
- Support administrative tasks such as managing inventory of medical supplies, updating patient records, and assisting with billing processes.
Requirements
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing intake procedures and vital signs collection.
Standards
- Environment: Indoor; Requires Standing, Walking, Movement, and Sitting for Extended Periods of Time.
- Dress Code: Well Groomed / Professional; Scrubs and Nice Gym Shoes ; No Shorts; No Visible Tattoos, Nose Rings, or Gauges; No Abnormal Hair Color (Pink, Blue, Purple, Etc.)
- No Profanity/Cussing Allowed
- Attitude: Employees are required to have a good attitude towards patients and staff along with respectfulness towards the doctors.
