The Judy Wiggins Agency is growing and hiring motivated Insurance Sales Agents to help serve individuals and families with customized insurance solutions. Whether you’re newly licensed or an experienced sales agent, we provide training, leads, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Sell auto, home, and other related insurance products
- Work primarily agency-provided leads across a variety of lead sources
- Recommend customized insurance coverage for individuals and families based on their goals and budget
- Clearly explain policy options and build client confidence
- Maintain relationships through follow-ups, renewals, and cross-selling
- Stay current on products, regulations, and industry changes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
