Overview
We are seeking a skilled outside upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in upholstered furniture industry and working with staple guns to assemble and fabricate upholstery components.
Duties
- Applying trim materials to high end furniture using variety of tools
-Tools include staple gun, ply grip, tack strip, welt, and nail trim
- Fabricate, assemble, and install upholstery components
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Upholsterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics and materials used in upholstery
- Ability to read and interpret ticket specifications/order requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
