About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining equipment functionality through preventative maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will directly contribute to our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled maintenance on production equipment to pre-emptively address potential issues.
- Swiftly diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and production delays.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with optical processing equipment.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC, and/or welding.
- Basic computer skills.
