Square One Brewery & Distillery is looking for an experienced FOH Manager. The ultimate candidate should be able to lead in a high volume situation and have full knowledge of the workings both the front and back of house operations. We are looking for a motivator. This full-time position will include variable shifts. Health, Dental & Vision insurance is available. Passion for brewing and distilling is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and manage staff in food service and hospitality best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a positive dining atmosphere.
