We have an opportunity for a Seasonal Restaurant Host / Greeter to join our Food and Beverage service team here at The Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel!

Daily Activities of our Restaurant Host Includes:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set waiting time quotes for guests
- Sincerely thanking all guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Communicating with wait staff, supervisors and management regarding availability of tables
- Communicating with leadership about all complaints or compliments
Qualifications for our Restaurant Host Includes:
- Genuine desire to provide an outstanding guest experience
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
- Previous experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time
Availability requirement for our Restaurant Host Includes:
- Monday through Friday 3pm - 9pm
