We is seeking a qualified Treatment Director to provide clinical oversight and support for children and young adults receiving behavioral health and treatment services.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, physician, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMSW with a related master’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing treatment to children or young adults with emotional or behavioral disorders.
- At least 1 year of experience in a residential or structured treatment setting.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Experience working with children and youth in foster care is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for children and young adults receiving mental and behavioral health services.
- Participate in treatment planning and service planning meetings.
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, foster parents, and other providers.
- Monitor treatment progress and provide clinical recommendations.
- Collaborate with Program Directors to verify the continued need for specialized care.
- Ensure services are individualized, trauma-informed, and child-centered.
- Provide clinical guidance during crisis situations and placement concerns.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and support quality services.
Pay: $33.52 - $38.89 per hour
