Elite Movers is a household moving company based in Eau Claire, WI, with locations also in Milwaukee, Wausau and Green Bay. Established in 2020, Elite Movers has grown rapidly, completing thousands of household moves each year. Positions Available

Our movers can earn up to $23–$32+ per hour (including wages, tips, and bonuses). As with any tipped position, the sky’s the limit!
We have immediate openings for the right candidates. While experience in customer service and/or manual labor is helpful, anyone with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills is encouraged to apply. We’re also looking for individuals seeking long-term career opportunities. The right candidates will grow with us as we continue to expand throughout Wisconsin and beyond!
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills – We need people who are outgoing, easy to talk to, and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Valid Driver’s License – A clean driving record is required for those looking to become drivers.
- Physical strength – You must be able to lift and carry 175 lbs comfortably.
- No moving experience necessary – We provide all the training you’ll need in our rigorous training program.
- Flexible availability – Preference given to those able to work weekdays and weekends.
- Reliable transportation – Being able to get to our Green Bay location punctually is essential.
Key Benefits & Pay
- Starting Rates
- Movers/laborers start at $18.00-$22.00/hour (pendant on experiance)
- Drivers earn $22.00–$27.00/hour
- Most movers can become drivers within 4–6 weeks through our excellent in-house driver training (no CDL required!).
- Driver’s license in good standing required to become a driver.
- Tips & Bonuses
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Big cash tips daily (on average $5.00–$10.00 per hour in addition to your base rate)
- Total earnings: $22–$27+/hour (there’s no limit to how much you can earn!)

- Overtime hours available (paid at time-and-a-half) when needed.

- The Following Is Required for this Position:
- A satisfactory driving record: no major violations in the last 3 years (such as OWI, reckless driving, or excessive speeding)
- No more than 3 minor infractions in the last 3 years (such as standard speeding tickets or other minor traffic violations).
Based on what you know about your driving history, do you believe you meet these requirements to be eligible as a driver? These will be verified during the hiring process and we do not want to waste your time if we know you'll be ineligible to be accepter under our insurance ahead of time.
- While it’s not required, do you have any moving experience with other companies? If so, where did you work and for how long?
- Do you maintain a neat, professional appearance suitable for working directly with clients in their homes, practice good hygiene, and understand that we have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking during work hours (including in or around client properties or company vehicles)?
- Since moving schedules can vary and end times might shift, are you generally flexible with your availability throughout the week, or do you have any regular time constraints we should know about (for example, child care pickup, another job, classes, or set appointments)?
- Moving can be a great fit for college students, people in between jobs or careers, and those looking for a long-term role that can grow into management.
