Cox Tractor is currently seeking a Small Engine Technician/Mechanic
Responsibilities:
· Perform diagnostics and repairs on law mowers and two cycle equipment
· Maintain technical and product knowledge of products serviced in our lawn and garden service center
· Communicate professionally with service manager, manufacturer, sales personnel, and customer
· Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines
· Maintain clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
· 1+ year experience in small engine repair
· Ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures
· knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of two cycle equipment
· Ability to learn and operate computer systems required in the service technician role
· Ability to operate equipment
· Excellent communication skills and strong focus on providing excellent customer service
· Valid driver’s license required
