Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Qualifications
- Current, valid Illinois RN or LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Current CPR certification
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Pediatric experience is preferred for pediatric cases but is not required
- Ability to provide compassionate, reliable, and professional care in the client's home
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while following the client's plan of care and agency policies
Pediatric Experience
Nurses with pediatric experience are encouraged to apply. However, nurses without pediatric experience may also be considered depending on the case and qualifications.
Regal Care provides appropriate orientation, training, and support based on the client's needs and the nurse's experience.

Employment Types
Compensation
$38–$47 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, case requirements, and applicable differentials.
