Location: The Club at Corazón, 7155 Corazón Drive, Dublin, OH 43016
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience) plus tips
Schedule: Primarily Thursday–Sunday evenings and nights

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our high-performance events team. In this role, you will craft both classic and creative beverages while providing attentive, polished service to ensure every guest experience is exceptional.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-first mindset and high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Greet guests, take drink orders, and serve beverages
- Assess guest preferences and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Mix and garnish cocktails with accuracy and flair
- Present and explain the bar menu to guests
- Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Deliver a friendly, attentive, and engaging customer experience
- Follow all food safety and beverage service regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
- Familiarity with POS systems (TOAST experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Guest-first mindset and professionalism
