Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Manager to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our EVV systems. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality of service delivery across our home care and nursing programs.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) operations.
- Monitor caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs using HHAeXchange.
- Investigate and resolve EVV exceptions, missed visits, and visit discrepancies.
- Ensure all visits meet Florida Medicaid and APD compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Scheduling, Billing, Payroll, and Clinical staff.
- Audit visit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Train caregivers on proper EVV procedures and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with AHCA, APD, and Medicaid regulations.
- Generate EVV reports and assist with billing reconciliation.
- Communicate with caregivers regarding missing or incorrect visit documentation.
- Assist with Medicaid billing preparation and documentation review.
- Identify workflow improvements to maximize compliance and reimbursement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of EVV experience in home care, nurse registry, or home health.
- Experience with Florida APD Medicaid programs.
- Strong understanding of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements.
- Experience resolving EVV exceptions and visit edits.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Medicaid billing.
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations.
- Home care or Home Health experience.
- Experience working with Scheduling and Payroll systems.
