Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a safe and attractive environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to promote hygiene.
- Manage manual handling tasks including moving of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and guest to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services.
- Conduct outdoor work when necessary, such as cleaning patios or outdoor furniture, maintaining overall property appearance.
Requirements
experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial and custodial practices.
- Strong skills in cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and using various cleaning equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation procedures, and floor care techniques.
- Ability to perform lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete duties within designated schedules.
- Outstanding customer service abilities with clear communication skills for guest interactions.
