Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. Prior experience in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and medical malpractice is highly desired.
Position Responsibilities:
-Prepare initial discovery and pleading documents
-Coordinate discovery and trial documents
-Assist with all aspects of trial preparation
-Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records is highly desired
Other Qualifications:
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Handle strict deadlines and multiple tasks with great detail
-Professionalism in dealing with clients
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience:
- Litigation Paralegal: 3 years (Required)
- Med Mal Paralegal: 3 years (Preferred)
An ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and organized, while also having excellent communication and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
