The Project Manager/ Foreman is full responsibility for assigned electrical projects. Will be responsible for estimating, cost control, forecasting, and scheduling multiple projects through final project completion. The Project Manager / Foreman will be the Owner’s and Chief Operating Officer point of contact and will coordinate the job team to meet all project goals.

Responsibilities:
Takes the lead on planning and implementing projects.
Read electrical and architectural plans and assign tasks consistent with the project plan.
Oversee work with lighting controls.
Oversee building of main distribution of power.
Oversees pipe bending for the best quality.
Oversee high voltage power distributions.
Oversees underground utility tie in and installation.
Troubleshoots all problems as they arise.
Manages and coordinates labor allocation and materials associated with the scope of project work.
Actively participate in the design and testing phases of the project.
Effectively communicate to electricians and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional project execution.

Work environment: Commercial buildings.
Physical demands: Standing, bending, climbing ladders and structures, lifting to 50 lbs.
Expected hours of work: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Arrives on time and works full 8 hours of billable time.
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary range: $40+ per hour
Reports to: Owner
Supervisory responsibility: All levels with 4 to 5 direct reports.
Required education and experience: Licensed electricians of a minimum of 5 years.
Preferred Education and experience: OSHA 10
Additional eligibility qualifications: Not color-blind.
Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license.
