We are currently seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a school-based opportunity in the Providence area.
Position Overview
As a School Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help create supportive learning environments and improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Support eligibility determination and IEP development
- Provide consultation services to teachers and staff
- Assist with behavioral interventions and MTSS/RTI processes
- Participate in student support team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
-
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active Rhode Island School Psychologist certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
