Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex electrical infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs using HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools; implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and manage project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment while managing contracts and change orders effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety protocols; address issues proactively to minimize delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and regulatory compliance records.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing electrical or heavy civil infrastructure projects within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes applicable to electrical systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Bluebeam, ProCore, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar estimating software.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Construction site experience with a focus on electrical systems installation is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance requirements related to large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
