We are seeking a passionate, energetic leader to direct and grow our youth programs, including Child Care, Summer Camp, and Mother's Day Out. If you are a creative visionary dedicated to family wellness, childhood development, and fun, we want you on our team!
Program Management: Design and execute engaging, safe, and age-appropriate curricula/activities for ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and inspire a high-performing team of child care providers and camp counselors.

Operations & Budget: Oversee daily facility operations, ensure strict health/safety compliance, and manage the departmental budget.

Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, handle inquiries professionally, and promote programs to drive enrollment.

3–5 years of management experience in child care, camp administration, or recreation.

Degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred.

Age 21+, must pass a background check, and have flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends).
Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain upon hire)
