About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance within an assigned U.S. territory. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, growing revenue, and supporting both direct accounts and distribution channels. Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets

Prospect and secure new accounts within the assigned territory

Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability

Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training

Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences

Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends

Monitor and report on competitive activity

Troubleshoot product-related issues and address customer inquiries

Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities

Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business

4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a technical field

ERP experience preferred

Strong CRM experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
