Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the studio, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and highlighting relevant features and benefits
- Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the studio remains organized and attractive
- Check customers in and out accurately and ensure they are completely satisfied with their service
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Skills
- Experience with computers and spreadsheets
- Supervising experience or ability to oversee team members during shifts is a plus
- Ability to explain product, sessions and enhancements confidently and clearly communicate benefits
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance sales through effective customer engagement
- Sales experience in spas, wellness centers or similar environments preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
