Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students, helping them with academic tasks and behavior management.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt lesson plans and activities for diverse learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills in special education.
