Position: Field Laborer
Location: Dillsburg, PA (Travel to job sites required)
What You'll Do
- Install and remove temporary pumping and bypass systems.
- Lay and connect large-diameter discharge hose and piping.
- Assist with pump setup, and operation.
- Load, unload, and organize equipment on trucks and trailers.
- Work alongside experienced mechanics and equipment operators.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Respond to emergency service calls when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
- Ability to travel to job sites and occasionally work overtime or after-hours emergency calls.
