We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time school-based opportunities in Surprise AZ for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Face-to-face services only
- 1:1 student assignment
- School-based setting
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy; Master's preferred
- College diploma
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card – front and back
- Social Security Card
Pay
- $48-$62 per hour
- $ 1800-2325 per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and interpret results for MET/IEP teams
- Develop and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Recommend and adapt therapeutic tools and equipment based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, staff, and families
- Maintain required documentation and compliance with Arizona licensure and district standards
- What kind of behavioral issues do you foresee?
- Specific behavioral concerns have not been provided. The OT will support students with a variety of educational, developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs across the district
