About the Role
As a CNA at Warren Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and personal care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and individualized care. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and personal care
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and holistic care to our patients and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
