Greenland Pro Cleaning LLC is seeking diligent and reliable part-time cleaners for our residential and commercial team.
The position is for day shift cleaning on weekdays between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. Weekend work is sometimes available, if desired, but is not required.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in properties in Asheville. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in teams of 2 to 3. This day shift position will serve primarily residential customers, but may include cleaning of offices and other commercial spaces.
The candidate will be expected to work the variety of different services offered by Greenland Pro Cleaning, including but not limited to moving cleaning, deep cleaning, one-time cleaning, and janitorial cleaning.
All supplies and training are provided. No experience is necessary, but those applying should have an understanding of the strenuous nature of cleaning work.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in residential and commercial settings.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or special requests.
Requirements
- A willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in the workplace.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Must have a personal vehicle, auto insurance and a valid driver’s license to travel between job sites in Asheville. Mileage is reimbursed per IRS rates ($0.70 per mile).
- Clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Availability between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with availability on working days for shifts of at least 5 hours.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to crawl, stoop, and reach overhead and at or below shoulder level
- Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand(s)
Benefits:
- Hourly pay starting at $18 per hour as a W2 employee with 4 to 30 hours per week.

- Occasionally our cleaners take home tips. Cleaners take home 100% of all tips, split equally among all cleaners per job site per day.
