Responsibilities:
Patient Care Champion: Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care by performing clinical and administrative duties under the guidance of Physicians and providers.
Stellar Clinical Support: Assist Physicians and providers in conducting examinations, procedures, and treatments, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Master of Efficiency: Efficiently manage patient flow by accurately recording medications, medical history, and chief complaints, and documenting them in electronic health records (EHR).
Medication Maestro: Enter medication orders and draw up injections under the supervision of Physicians and providers, adhering to strict protocols and maintaining accurate medication records.
Mighty Organizer: Manage medical supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper functioning while adhering to infection control guidelines.
Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate seamlessly with Physicians, providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff to optimize patient care and ensure a harmonious work environment.
Patient Advocate: Educate patients and their families on various healthcare topics, including treatment plans, medication instructions, and preventive care measures.
Continuous Learning Aficionado: Stay updated on medical advancements, procedures, and regulations to enhance your professional knowledge and contribute to the overall growth of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent education and experience.
- Current certification as a RMA, CNA, CMA, CCMA
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and work effectively within a diverse healthcare team.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.
- Familiarity with medical procedures, diagnostic tests, and basic laboratory techniques.
- Current CPR certification preferred but not required. Can obtain on the job.
- Professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
