What You’ll Do
Claims Processing
- Review and investigate claims to understand the cause and associated costs
- Report and reconcile claims to determine whether they originated with a supplier, warehouse, carrier, or distributor
- Handle the full claims lifecycle—from entry to investigation to resolution
- Partner with distributor accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and keep communication clear
Documentation & Reporting
- Keep accurate, detailed records for every claim
- Track progress to ensure timely follow‑through
