A Warehouse Lead is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and the team members who work within the warehouse. They ensure efficient and accurate management of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and returns processing. They also play a key role in training, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff.
