Overview:
Northwest Landworks is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience as a laborer in excavation. The ideal candidate is physically fit, dependable, and eager to grow within the excavation industry. Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
Our company is based in Spirit Lake, ID, and the candidate must be able to commute to our yard daily. This position also involves occasional travel outside of North Idaho for out-of-area projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including laying pipe, shoveling, and general labor tasks
- Assist with excavation and site preparation
- Lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs or more
- Adhere to all safety standards and follow directions from supervisors
- Operate heavy equipment if qualified
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a laborer in excavation
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Spirit Lake, ID, daily
- Willingness to travel for projects located outside of North Idaho
- Heavy equipment operator experience is a plus, but not required
