Position Summary
The Server / Bartender at Sin Yolanda delivers an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service to every guest. This role is responsible for guiding guests through the menu, executing service with precision, and creating memorable moments that reflect the restaurant’s elevated hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and specials.
- Make thoughtful recommendations, including pairings and upselling when appropriate.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing concerns professionally.
Service Execution
- Accurately take and input orders into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables throughout service.
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions with integrity.
Floor & Team Coordination
- Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
- Assist teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Support large parties, VIP guests, and special events as needed.
Brand Representation
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with Sin Yolanda’s brand.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and signature cocktails.
- Represent the restaurant’s style, energy, and level of sophistication in every interaction.
Operational Duties
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
- Ensure all service stations are stocked and organized.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Notify management of guest feedback or operational issues.

Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant (upscale dining preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
