Ansonia Property Management is seeking a dependable Janitor/Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a multifamily community.
Position Overview
· Location: West Dundee, IL
· Employment Type: Part-time
· Schedule: Potential weekends as needed
· Reports To: Community Manager / Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
· Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, and amenities
· Assist with trash removal and light exterior upkeep
· Support maintenance team with basic tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Prior janitorial or porter experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and reliability
