Position Summary
As an In-Home Care Provider, you will deliver personalized, relationship-centered care that supports each client's physical, emotional, and social well-being. Every care plan is unique because every person has their own story, preferences, and goals.
Our caregivers look beyond the task list. They take the time to listen, encourage independence whenever possible, celebrate small victories, and care for every client with patience, kindness, and respect.
What You'll Do
Your greatest responsibility is helping our clients continue living meaningful, fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. Depending on each client's individual needs, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Encouraging independence by allowing clients to participate in their own care whenever safely possible.
- Providing companionship through meaningful conversation, activities, and emotional support.
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with hydration.
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks that create a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Providing transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities when appropriate.
- Assisting with medication reminders according to each client's care plan.
- Observing changes in a client's physical, emotional, or cognitive condition and communicating concerns promptly.
- Safely assisting with transfers and mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
- Documenting care accurately and professionally.
- Contacting the office, as appropriate.
- Providing specialized support for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, chronic illnesses, or disabilities.
- Treating every client and family member with dignity, empathy, compassion, and respect.
What We're Looking For
Technical skills can be taught. A compassionate heart cannot.
We are looking for individuals who:

- Communicate with empathy and professionalism.
- Adapt to each client's unique personality, routines, and preferences.

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but your character is just as important as your experience. Whether you've worked in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or have cared for a loved one, we value people who are called to serve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience caring for seniors or adults with disabilities.
- Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
- Reliable transportation that is insured and a valid driver's license is required.
