BCG Connect employs a team of sales, marketing, and creative professionals, focused on providing clients in the education and nonprofit markets with the products, services and the resources needed to develop and execute integrated direct mail campaigns. Our list of our outstanding clients are well recognized in the markets we serve.
We are in need of a marketing professional to join our marketing team to help us improve the marketing and lead generation of our company. This person will be playing a very important role providing new and creative ideas to improve our current campaigns, test new ways to generate inquiries, share success stories, promote new projects and samples and communicate with our current and prospective clients.
Reporting to the Vice President this candidate will be responsible for analyzing our past marketing initiatives, reviewing pricing, and client campaigns.
Most important, this candidate must have an interest in our nonprofit markets, a willingness to learn about our clients’ needs and interests while working in a small company atmosphere.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the VP to continuously develop new ideas and methods that will help BCG Connect to communicate our value to more potential clients,
- Help generate more sales opportunities with progressive lead generation programs,
- Help expand the brand, communicate our message, and promote our services,
- Maintain ownership of the BCG Connect website including updates, maintenance, and integration of all marketing campaigns,
- Collaborate with BCG Connect’s internal departments to help share new products and services with our current and prospective clients,
- Improve BCG Connect’s social media channels, followers, and ability to use these channels to communicate with our prospects and clients,
- Interact with existing and new clients to learn about their needs and decision-making process to help improve our message and overall results.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A creative thinker who will work directly with the VP to implement a strategic, integrated marketing program that drive new business.
- The candidate must understand and be competent with HubSpot and Excel platforms.
- Experience helping education, health care or nonprofit organizations through the development and implementation of direct mail, digital, web and other marketing campaigns.
- Very strong writing and communication skills with the ability to write content for the marketing channels,
- Entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to make an impact in a small business environment.
- A passionate interested to be working with professionals in the education, health care or nonprofit markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
