Afternoon Youth Program Staff (Part-Time)
Pay: $12.00–$14.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Description
We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive individual to join our after-school team! If you enjoy working with children and making a difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with elementary and middle school youth.
- Plan and lead engaging educational, recreational, and enrichment activities.
- Provide mentoring and encourage positive behavior through reinforcement and role modeling.
- Assist with homework support, academic enrichment, career exploration, and life skills activities.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all youth.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff to create a fun, engaging, and memorable after-school experience.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with children and youth.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to stay active throughout the shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment for youth.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
