Urban Sign Group is currently looking to add full-time Manufacturing Associates to its growing manufacturing team in Holmes, PA. We are seeking hands-on people with mechanical experience, a strong work ethic, and the drive to excel. No welding or sign-industry experience is required — all industry-specific education and training will be provided. What you'll do
- Assemble, finish, and prepare custom sign components using hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, and lay out materials with attention to detail and accuracy
- Inspect finished work for quality and appearance before it ships
- Keep a clean, safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on mechanical experience — from manufacturing, construction, HVAC installation and repair, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, automotive, or a similar trade. Candidates should be comfortable with hand and power tools, able to read a tape measure accurately, and used to working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, teamwork environment. Reliable daily attendance is a must. No sign-industry experience is needed — we will train you on our processes and equipment.
