Sunland Real Estate is the in-house brokerage division of Sunland Group, a Miami-based, vertically integrated real estate firm involved in new home development, real estate sales, and land valuation. Our innovative Listing System is scaling rapidly, and we're looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Assistant to help expand our reach and maximize results.
The Role
As a Real Estate Sales Assistant, you'll work part-time converting Florida leads into opportunities for our Closing Agents while sharpening your real estate expertise. It's an ideal role for ambitious, licensed agents who want a stable income while growing their own real estate business, with flexible morning hours and access to exclusive Sunland Group real estate development opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Engage leads via phone: proactively call warm leads generated by our systems to confirm interest using proven scripts.
- Present analyses: provide potential clients with customized property analysis reports that highlight the value of their property.
- Build client relationships: send curated information packages to interested leads to strengthen trust.
- Manage the pipeline: update and maintain lead data in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) for a seamless handoff to Closing Agents.
- Support the sales process: assist Closing Agents with administrative tasks to keep deals moving efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $2,000/month + team production bonuses (about $33/hour for roughly 15 hours/week).
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 3 hours/day, mornings.
- Flexibility: afternoons reserved for your personal growth and development.
Who You Are
- Active Florida Real Estate License required.
- Comfortable making 20 to 30 calls per day to leads. This is a sales role, and calling is the main objective. If you are not comfortable talking to leads on the phone, this role will not be a fit.
- A client-focused communicator who can present property analyses in a professional, approachable way.
- Organized and tech-savvy, ideally with CRM experience (Follow Up Boss).
- Entrepreneurial, motivated to grow as a real estate professional.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Team-oriented and ready to contribute to the team's success.
- Miami-based and able to commute to our Downtown Miami office as needed.
