JOB SUMMARY
The Risk Claims Manager directly manages the company's auto liability and workers' compensation claims. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports — the Risk Claims Manager will manage claims for physical property damage, auto vehicle damage, and other verifiable damage, rather than overseeing a claims staff. The role ensures complete and sound claim settlements, legal reviews, and investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures, and directly manages workers' compensation claims, including return-to-work documentation and modified duty job offers.
