About the Role
We are a rapidly expanding anesthesia management company seeking a detail-oriented Anesthesia Operations & Support Technician to support our anesthesia teams across multiple surgical facilities. This is a non-clinical operations and logistics role working directly alongside licensed anesthesiologists and CRNAs. It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates taking a gap year before medical school, PA school, or other healthcare professional programs who want meaningful exposure to the perioperative environment while gaining experience in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and logistics for anesthesia supplies, equipment, and medication inventory, including monitoring par levels and expiration dates.
- Prepare anesthesia workspaces between cases by stocking supplies, organizing carts, and ensuring equipment is available and ready for use.
- Transport, clean, disinfect, and perform routine readiness checks on anesthesia equipment according to manufacturer instructions and facility protocols.
- Provide non-clinical operational support to anesthesia providers, including retrieving supplies, positioning equipment, and assisting with room readiness under direct supervision.
- Coordinate with vendors, facilities, pharmacies, and inventory systems to maintain efficient supply-chain operations.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, documentation, accreditation readiness, and implementation of applicable regulatory standards.
- Perform additional non-clinical operational duties assigned by the supervising anesthesia provider.
Scope of the Role
This is a non-clinical support position. Responsibilities are limited to operational and logistical support under the direct, on-site supervision of a licensed anesthesia provider.
This position does not involve:
- Patient assessment or clinical decision-making
- Medication preparation or administration
- Airway management or IV placement
- Any task requiring professional licensure or certification
The licensed anesthesia provider retains full responsibility for all patient care and final equipment checks prior to each procedure.

- Interest in medicine or healthcare strongly preferred
