We are a fast-growing wellness and plant medicine company focused on cannabinoids, functional mushrooms, botanicals, nervous system healing, and holistic wellness education. Our mission is to help people feel better naturally through high-quality products, education, and genuine human connection.
We are looking for a highly organized, wellness-oriented team member who can support both customer experience and internal operations while helping the founder execute at a higher level.
This is not a typical retail role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, emotionally intelligent, tech-comfortable, and passionate about wellness and natural healing.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Wellness Support
- Consult customers on cannabinoids, functional mushrooms, botanicals, and wellness products
- Help customers choose products based on goals and education
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience
- Maintain a welcoming, professional retail environment
- Stay educated on product knowledge and industry trends
Founder & Executive Support
- Assist the owner with scheduling and calendar management
- Help coordinate payroll and administrative tasks
- Support team communication and accountability
- Help organize daily team calls and internal operations
- Assist with birthday announcements, team culture initiatives, and morale
Operations & Team Coordination
- Help maintain systems, SOPs, and organization
- Coordinate with virtual assistants and remote team members
- Follow up with teammates on deadlines and responsibilities
- Assist with inventory, retail operations, and store organization
- Help improve workflow efficiency and communication
Digital & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with marketing VAs and digital team members
- Assist with website updates and digital initiatives when needed
- Help organize promotions, campaigns, and customer outreach
- Support social media and customer communication efforts

Preferred Experience
- Wellness retail or supplement industry experience
- Administrative or executive assistant experience
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, or operations
- Familiarity with Shopify, social media, or digital marketing
- Customer consultation experience
- Knowledge of cannabinoids and functional mushrooms preferred

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
